Unfortunately, the professional failed to meet his commitment on Thursday. Despite sending several texts, he only responded at 3 PM to say he was on his way but had been delayed by the rain. When I pointed out that there was no rain in my area and he could still make it, he acted as though he would come but did not show up. I tried to contact him again later in the day but received no response. The professional’s unreliability and false excuses prevented me from finding a more dependable service, leaving my yard unkempt for the funeral guests.
