Later, a large bubble appeared in the ceiling, and I requested Jose's assistance in fixing it, but received no response. Despite giving him ample time, there was no reply. While I seldom complain about the service on CrackerJack, this type of customer service is unacceptable and should not be experienced by anyone. Consequently, consider it the opposite of a referral.
