When I emphasized the necessity for an immediate fix, he offered an express service that would result in an additional charge. Upon depositing the fee, I learned that the fine print stated a no-refund policy for special orders, and I felt suspicious of the company's and the technician's conduct. Upon acquiring second and third opinions, I discovered that other companies would have conducted an immediate fix. Therefore, I requested a refund, which the company refused to grant me, insisting that my payment was for an express service. Subsequently, I asked for evidence to confirm that the express order had processed that same day, but the company could not provide proof.
