The songs played during the ceremony were incorrect and at the wrong time, which was unfortunate, but we tried to be understanding. Moreover, the announcements during our reception were messy, with incorrect announcements and placement of music, regardless of the hours spent by us filling out forms to ensure all the information was correct. Lastly, during the reception, we curated a playlist on our planning portal containing songs we wanted and those we did not. Regrettably, only a few of our requested songs were played, and the majority of the music played was not what we chose. Some songs on the do-not-play list were even played. We get that people might have an off-day, so we tried to be accommodating, but this became a trend throughout the whole event.
