Upon reaching out to Matt, I received a response within 15 minutes, along with a fair estimate based on the pictures and project description I had provided. After conducting some preliminary research, I was aware of market prices per sq. ft. for this work and realized that other companies had given me bait-and-switch estimates that were much lower than the cost of materials.
When I contacted Matt, he promptly scheduled an in-person appointment, came equipped with texture and color options pamphlets, and presented a professional and consultative demeanor.
Joyce followed up with a written estimate via email, and after finalizing the project details, we set a start date and time.
On the scheduled date, Matt and his crew arrived on time, carefully laid out masking paper and plastic sheathing and began working on the brown coat. After a full day's work, they completed the job and cleaned up thoroughly. Matt also provided me with a recommended curing protocol for optimal curing and strength.
The crew returned on the day of the color coat, laid down fresh paper and sheathing, and produced a color and finish that met my expectations. They then proceeded to clean up with utmost care.
