We scheduled a time the following day for him to replace the valve, and he brought all the necessary materials. After replacing the valve, however, it broke as soon as he left, causing a water leak. I immediately shut off the main water line and contacted him. Within an hour, he arrived and replaced the pipe, glued it, and requested that we stop using water for at least 3 hours. In the end, everything worked well, and the sprinklers stopped leaking. Even though things didn't go smoothly the first time, Jose's professionalism and responsiveness impressed us and deserve a five-star rating.
