While other electricians may cut new holes in walls and ceilings to complete a job quickly, Ricardo puts in extra time and effort to prevent the need for any new patch/paint jobs. For example, when installing an outlet for a water leak detection system in my crawlspace, Ricardo connected it to a GFCI compatible outlet in the room above to avoid the hassle of periodic crawlspace access whenever the circuit tripped. Furthermore, Ricardo also demonstrated ingenuity when faced with a lack of access to wiring above the ceiling where I wanted a fan installed. Instead of cutting open the ceiling and walls, Ricardo carefully accessed the wiring through existing speaker and other openings, which saved significant repair work later.
