While other electricians may cut new holes in walls and ceilings to complete a job quickly, Ricardo puts in extra time and effort to prevent the need for any new patch/paint jobs. For example, when installing an outlet for a water leak detection system in my crawlspace, Ricardo connected it to a GFCI compatible outlet in the room above to avoid the hassle of periodic crawlspace access whenever the circuit tripped. Furthermore, Ricardo also demonstrated ingenuity when faced with a lack of access to wiring above the ceiling where I wanted a fan installed. Instead of cutting open the ceiling and walls, Ricardo carefully accessed the wiring through existing speaker and other openings, which saved significant repair work later. Remarkably, Ricardo’s pricing for such high-quality work was quite reasonable. In addition, he displayed impeccable communication skills, punctuality, and maintained a spotless work area.
