"Late on a Friday evening, I contacted 5th Generation Plumbing regarding my malfunctioning 8-year-old water heater. They replied promptly and agreed to diagnose the issue for free the following day. I ... read moreappreciated their approach as they did not pitch an outright replacement like another company I had contacted. This not only saved me money but also instilled my trust in their work. Ahead of Sid's visit, I researched and learned that the water heater was part of a recall for a defective part. I requested the manufacturer to send over the part which was to arrive in a few days. Sid confirmed he could perform the installation once it was available, but amazingly, he called back moments later and agreed to come in early. This gesture took me by surprise, and I was impressed by their dedication to customer service and excellent communication skills. Upon my initial contact with Christie, she was quick to respond to all my queries - even though it was late at night. When I later required a detailed invoice, she promptly sent it over and asked if everything included was satisfactory or if I needed additional information. The pricing for the services rendered was fair, and Sid even corrected previous poor plumbing work.
