"Within minutes of my posting the job of fixing a ceiling fan that suddenly stopped working, Sam contacted me. We agreed upon a mutually convenient day and time for him to come and provide an estimate.... read more Promptly arriving on the scheduled day, Sam was personable and easy to work with, just as many other reviewers had noted. Remarkably, he fixed the problem with our ceiling fan in only 10 minutes and charged the advertised minimum fee of $45 for the estimate. On my request, Sam inspected some electrical abnormalities in our home, including an undersized Sylvania panel of 175 amps and a sub panel for a separate apartment. He expressed concern regarding the reputation of the breakers in these old panels, as they tend not to trip as they should, leading to fire risk. Sam is putting together an estimate for a new panel and sub panel, which I know will be competitive with, if not lower than his competitors. I have full confidence in Sam's ability to do the job correctly. Overall, I highly recommend Sam for any electrical work that you may need. read less"
