Val came for an initial on-site visit in November 2017, and we had an estimate shortly thereafter. He suggested a window brand that matched our existing windows and installation was scheduled for late January after Christmas, but had to be postponed by a week due to window delivery delays. Throughout the entire process, Val and Nikki kept us and our renters informed and handled everything, including the permit and inspector arrangements, in a transparent and professional manner.
