"The new apprentice under Mr. Moore was introduced and assigned to work on a project with him, which was no issue. Upon completion of the new vanity sink installation, minor tightening was required which was communicated to Mr. Moore and subsequently addressed by him on his return with the apprentice, who had forgotten a few tweaks due to nerves. Notably, there was a dripping from an old, stubborn pipe which he had tested multiple times, yet it persisted. Mr. Moore came back a third time to resolve the issue, working to make it right immediately. He provided an explanation of the issue and its fix, leaving me highly satisfied with his work. While others might discount their services, the level of professionalism and work quality Mr. Moore brings to his work is hard to match. read less"
