As they are a 24-hour service, we were able to contact them after hours. They asked us questions and provided us with a lot of information regarding what to expect. Within an hour, Willy arrived at our condo and quickly found the source of the problem with his devices. Willy was knowledgeable in the process and how to handle the insurance process, making us feel secure. They acted swiftly to remove and dry out the water, so mold would not grow, and they were also able to replace our plumbing and install new fixtures so we could use the water again.
