It was a great relief when they got that clearance and the other 7 items on time. The very next day, they returned to LADBS and procured the permit for me. They are diligent and committed to ensuring that the plans align with your requirements and are built safely and cost-effectively. They're a one-stop shop, and you don't have to worry; they take care of everything and give you a contract to safeguard both the customer and the company. Their prices are highly competitive. I compared them with three other architectural firms, and they were approximately 50% lower while maintaining high standards of quality and work. I had collaborated with numerous architects, contractors, soil engineers, topographers, etc., and in my estimation, C-Oliveira Design is the best out there.
