Although I realize that this may not be directly related to their work, they promised to assist me in resolving the issue within a week yet have not followed up since. Unfortunately, I feel neglected. During the installation, Kortney repeatedly expressed unfamiliarity with certain aspects of the job, claiming to have "never worked with these timers" and having "only replaced cells, not installed salt chlorinators". She even suggested that I contact the pool's manufacturer to address the issue, which struck me as absurd. I never felt entirely confident in their expertise. read less"
