A complaint was lodged with the dispute center regarding this matter. Furthermore, I still possess the ladder he used but have yet to receive a request to return it. In an effort to recoup the $430 paid for an incomplete and unsatisfactory job, I intend to sell the aforementioned ladder. The individual poorly replaced my bathroom door, prompting me to acquire a second door and hire an alternative contractor to install it. It is unlikely that I will utilize the services of CrackerJack again and certainly not those of the aforementioned contractor, from whom I made a grave error of paying in advance. read less"
