He never pressured me and was always available to answer any questions I had. James even went above and beyond by contacting several sod farms to find the best options for my specific situation, which included the exact grass I wanted and the most affordable prices. James's responsiveness was also exceptional. Despite unexpected delays due to rain, he kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that everything proceeded smoothly. His crew demonstrated a strong work ethic by arriving promptly at 7 am and prepping the site for installation before the sod was delivered.
