With over 1000 hours of education in yoga, yin yoga, meditation, functional movement, anatomy, and barre, I have been teaching for eight years. My passion for movement stems from my background in recreational sports such as hiking, biking, snowboarding, and kayaking, and my journey of recovering from depression post-divorce. For me, movement is an avenue for emotions, physical strength, and connection with both the individual landscape and outer world.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, I am here to support you on your journey. My expertise extends to aiding in emotional, energetic, and physical weight loss, as well as enhancing flexibility and range of motion, and building confidence through movement. Additionally, I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals, groups, or large events, and provide all level classes, including lessons in arm and hand balancing. As a teacher, I can also provide mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and bands.
