My name is John and I am the founder and lead trainer at YallFit. I have been working as a personal trainer in North East LA since 2015. However, in 2014, I had a stress-related ulcer that landed me in the hospital. This left me underweight and extremely unwell. Fortunately, exercise helped me to recover and provided me with some much-needed sanity. As such, I am truly passionate about my work as a personal trainer, and my chief goal is always to help my clients feel more comfortable in their own skin, gain confidence, and live healthy, happy lives.
Each of my clients is unique, with differing goals and needs. Therefore, my aim as a personal trainer is to customize my programs to suit individual circumstances. Whether it is strength training, cardio, HIT training, boxing, posture correction, corrective exercise for Range of Motion, stretching, pain management exercises or a combination of all of the above, I am able to draw on my extensive knowledge pool to help tailor each exercise routine specifically for every client. Finally, I believe that fitness should always be fun and enjoyable, and I endeavor to make every workout session as much fun as possible.
