The team was hired to cater for a birthday party and they exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was exceptional, and they showed great professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality. Although there was a slight problem with the waitress's communication skills, I raised the issue with WhitePleats Catering the following day. They took my dissatisfaction seriously and provided a full refund for the service provided. It speaks volumes about their company that they go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy.
