We arranged the time for him to come out after discussing it, but he failed to show up. Despite waiting an extra 15 minutes, no contact was made until I emailed him. He then called to inform me that he was over an hour away and today was not a good day for him. He proceeded to mention a $75 fee for the distance, which was not initially discussed. It is unprofessional and unacceptable that he did not keep to his initial commitment, and even requested money upfront via cash app while promising to send an invoice. Unfortunately, my experience with him was negative, and I advise others to avoid him by seeking assistance elsewhere.
