I work out with Blake via Zoom for 2-3 days a week. As a personal trainer, he is supportive during and after our sessions, which I find very motivating. Though the workouts are intense (I sweat a lot!), I enjoy them and the time flies by. I always feel amazing once we're done. Blake also makes sure we stretch before and after our workouts, which I appreciate because most trainers neglect this crucial step. His flexibility with scheduling is also a huge plus for me, especially since I'm about to start a new job. He's also been providing me with nutritional guidance, which I'm slowly getting the hang of. While I haven't started the sample diet he sent me, I'm confident I can tackle it. Instead of relying solely on a scale, Blake believes in measuring progress by observing how our clothes fit. This approach resonates with me because scales can sometimes do more harm than good. Lastly, his prices are reasonable and sustainable for me, since this has been a problem in the past with other trainers.

I work out with Blake two to three times a week, and I wish I could fit in additional sessions. He is an inspiring, perceptive, and responsive trainer, and although some of our workouts are challenging, I enjoy them all and the time passes quickly. At the end of each session, we do some stretching, which is essential for me, but apparently, not all trainers include it. (Can you believe that?!) Another thing I appreciate about him is his flexibility with scheduling since my work routine fluctuates week to week. I have also trained with Jaylen a few times, and he is excellent at what he does too. For me, the game-changer was the nutritional support. As we all know, a bad diet cannot be compensated for by exercise. Within the first two weeks, I saw significant results as my clothes were becoming looser, and I had less belly fat to pinch. Yay! And best of all, I feel that the healthy habits Blake taught me can be incorporated into a sustainable routine. I am now eating dishes I like while also discovering new flavors. Furthermore, I am consuming more food than before on a regular basis. The rates charged are fair and affordable too. 😌

For several months now, Blake and I have been working together, and I must say, he's absolutely wonderful. He arrives with a pleasant demeanor and exudes positivity, which is contagious. I tend to lose focus easily, but Blake knows precisely how to redirect my attention. For the past two months, I have been undergoing bi-weekly training sessions with Blake and I must say, I am extremely content with my choice! Considering I had not exercised for an extended period of time, I was quite scared to join a gym and even more hesitant to seek a personal trainer.
However, Blake has been nothing but understanding and supportive throughout the entire process. He customizes each workout plan to suit my individual requirements, at a pace that is feasible for me, and steadily increases the intensity as I grow accustomed to it.
