The inspection proved to be exceptionally meticulous in identifying numerous issues missed by the seller's inspector, albeit none of them being critical. The inspector paid attention to even minor water leaks scattered across the expansive 3500 sqft house, scrutinized the deck, and thoroughly examined all exterior components to spot any signs of previous water damage. The process took about three hours, during which the inspector checked the ceilings, walls, and decks in great detail. Although I had anticipated a higher fee based on previous estimates, I received an exhaustive inspection report and valuable recommendations on what ought to be done and what options were available.

After discovering a leak, I received several estimates for the master bathroom remodeling work that was needed. Russell’s initial estimate was very comprehensive, which I found to be commendable. Additionally, Russell provided a quote that was more reasonable than any other estimate I received, and he was able to complete the job promptly. The tiling work done by Radu on our shower was superb and fulfilled my exact vision! While supply acquisition is currently sluggish, that is a universal problem, and patience is imperative. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the result of my bathroom renovation and would highly recommend this company. In the future, I intend to use their services again if necessary.
