On Sundays, you can find me teaching aerial yoga at the studio. I am also available to teach power or basic-flow yoga classes at a location of your choice. My area of expertise lies in providing guidance and assistance during practice, making me a perfect fit for beginners. With my body quest technique, I lead you through the practice seamlessly. Additionally, I offer corporate yoga sessions before or after work hours as well.
