On a Sunday, Renat from AVANT HVAC arrived to repair our heating problem. I had caused the issue by attempting to install a smart thermostat on my own. Renat informed me of his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. His extensive knowledge regarding HVAC systems allowed him to quickly identify the issue as being related to the thermostat. My previous thermostat had malfunctioned due to my unsuccessful installation of a smart thermostat. Despite having no prior experience with my particular brand, Renat promptly recognized the connections required and completed the installation. I highly recommend AVANT HVAC for their professionalism, rapid diagnosis and resolution of the problem, and weekend availability, which is difficult to find elsewhere.

The individual was highly responsive and promptly available. They provided a variety of options and suggested the most economical solution, advising on addressing minor issues presently and reserving investments for significant equipment failures. Overall, a fantastic person to collaborate with.

Our experience was excellent in every way as we just passed both the HERS test and city inspection. The city inspector gave us high praises saying that we did solid work. AVANT provided expert services including the installation of a new A/C condenser (Carrier slim 14 SEER), replaced all ducts in our two-story house (with flex ducts), and furnished permits and a HERS tester. After obtaining at least five bids from various contractors in the region, we found AVANT’s proposal to be among the top options. The job took two days with the crew working vigorously on day one to avoid extending the project to a third day, and concluded approximately by 3pm on the second day. The team was respectful, polite, and left the premises clean and organized. Additionally, AVANT provided a 3-year warranty on labor. Oleg, our primary contact, was consistently responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was honest and transparent, with no unnecessary upsells, convincing against getting a permit, or pestering phone calls. As a woman who hires many contractors, I appreciate the professionalism and the excellent service received from AVANT. I would recommend them and definitely re-hire.
