Our previous experience with this company was positive, as they replaced all the windows at our last house to our satisfaction. Therefore, we decided to hire them again for our current residence based on their quality work and friendly demeanor. During the initial conversation, they promised to deliver our new windows within 6-8 weeks, which made us excited. However, their lack of communication skills was a major disappointment. They either failed to respond to our inquiries or provided empty promises of following up with us. Consequently, we requested a refund, but they have not responded yet. Moreover, requiring a large deposit during these challenging economic times left us with an unpleasant experience.

John was excellent in his approach to obtaining information and giving a quotation. He arranged for Will to complete the job (installing a glass door for the tub/shower combo) who was exceptional. He was punctual, handled the task professionally, and did an excellent job. Though I had purchased the door, the hardware (including the hinges and handle) wasn't shipped by the company. Will, however, returned gracefully and completed the job promptly once the hardware arrived. Window Depot, thanks a lot!

He is a truly amazing person and treated me like a member of his own family. He didn't have any intentions of tricking or swindling me. I can confidently say that I will be partnering with him for all of my window necessities. Moreover, I'll be directing anyone I come across who is searching for a reliable window supplier to him.

I have to admit, these guys were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They arrived on time and were not pushy like some of the other window salespeople. They clearly demonstrated why they were the best and guided me through each phase of the installation process! I cannot speak highly enough of John and his team! Thank you greatly!

Great effort on installing the frame and door, however, the job was left incomplete. Despite paying the full amount of $400, I had to make some final touches myself, including: cutting the bottom of the door to ensure proper closure, purchasing and installing new trim, caulking the trim, and installing the locks and guard.
