We requested a deep clean for our home, as we were preparing to sell it and there was a significant amount of construction sawdust from the remodel. Our goal was to have the home shining for the real estate pictures, and we could not have been more pleased with the job that was done. I provided a list of specific items that I was concerned about, such as the matte black finished faucets, and the cleaner was very conscientious. She used environmentally friendly cleaning products and followed my instructions meticulously. The end result was stunning and the entire home smelled wonderful. The cleaner was able to remove every trace of sawdust and also managed to eliminate the greasy black fingerprints left behind by the contractors on the door knobs, windows, and even the white interior closets. I was particularly relieved that none of the paint or finishes were damaged during the cleaning process. The team swept and vacuumed every floor, ensuring that every surface was clean and shining. They also wiped down all of the appliances and cleaned the interiors of all of the windows. Although I did mention that it would be helpful to add exterior window cleaning to their list of services, I understood that it might be a challenge due to the need for ladders and other equipment. Overall, Denise and her team worked extremely hard and exceeded our expectations for the job. I highly recommend her services and look forward to using her for our new home. The key to success with any service provider is clear communication, and I made sure to be organized and share my expectations.
