My name is Joseph and I have been repairing and installing appliances for over 10 years. I offer a guarantee on my work and service all makes and models. Our team previously worked for a national appliance repair company, but we were let go. We were such an amazing team that we decided to start our own business with three men and a woman. While I moved closer to my family in Beaver County, the rest of my team still operates out of Raleigh, NC. We charge an $80 diagnostic fee, which is waived if repairs are needed. Labor starts at $160, but if parts are necessary, there will be an additional cost. Thank you for considering us and supporting our new business. After our gas dryer failed to heat up, we replaced the igniter, sensor, and blower thermostat but it still didn't work. Fortunately, Joe came to our aid after we reached out to him and discovered that a concealed resettable thermostat had tripped. He completed the repair in under 45 minutes. It turns out that the igniter was the root cause of the trip, so no parts were wasted. The charge was only $80! If you have any troubles with your appliances, do not delay - contact these guys!
