Christine demonstrated professionalism from the very first contact when we reached out to her regarding a birthday party for 24 guests. She took the time to listen to our vision and was very accommodating when it came to making changes. Despite the guest of honor arriving late due to it being a surprise party, Christine handled the situation with grace. For the three evenings of our weekend retreat, we engaged Chef Chris to cater for our group of eight men. We thoroughly enjoyed having her as our chef, and the food she prepared was fantastic! Throughout the entire process, communication with her was excellent. Despite having a member with diabetes and another with a nut allergy, she was able to cater to their needs just as effectively.
