My house has not received any service since it was built 6 years ago. Fortunately, a few companies offered free service calls, and I decided to take advantage of one of them. After the technician inspected my house, they provided me with a price quote. I agreed to the service and price and, a week later, they came and did a fantastic job.
During the service, the crew discovered mold all over my plenum and recommended that it be replaced. I also requested a UV light to prevent future issues. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned all the vents and ducts in my house.
The new plenum looks great, and the UV light is a great addition. The seals are tight, and they provided an excellent warranty as long as I stick with them during yearly inspections. The technician also provided some useful tips to keep my HVAC running efficiently and to avoid mold growth.
Considering the quality of the service and the results, I believe the price was entirely worth it. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of similar services. Well done!
