Kelseay Dukae, a native of Nola, specializes in a variety of cuisines, including Cajun/Southern, Asian/Japanese, plant-based, and brunch. Through her current food pop-up, Kinoko, Dukae brings a vegan twist to sushi by incorporating jackfruit and "sneauxcrab" into her take on the crunchy roll. She has appeared on Masterchef and has previously owned a health food concept and a sushi bar in New Orleans. Currently, she focuses on curating pop-ups and providing personal chef and catering services. Additionally, Dukae serves as a lead chef during the prestigious Master's Gold Tournament in Augusta, GA.

Kelseay and her team were a joy to work with when they catered our multi-day company retreat. Their responsiveness, friendliness, and accommodation were impeccable, and the food they provided was nothing short of AMAZING! Although we experienced some setbacks during the week, including a dishwasher malfunction and dish shortage, Kelseay and her team took extra measures to ensure that our meals ran smoothly without any hitches. We wholeheartedly attribute a considerable portion of our retreat's success to Kelseay and her team, and will gladly recommend and/or hire them again in the future.

The dinner prepared by Fleurish Food was absolutely fantastic! They were extremely cooperative and considerate of our meal preferences and suggestions. We enjoyed an outstanding meal and would definitely avail their services without any hesitation.

I highly recommend this duo for any event! Kelseay displayed her wonderful talent and kindness by being very responsive and helpful in designing a menu for our dinner party of 9. She and Dino arrived with plenty of time to prepare and were dressed professionally. They were polite and engaging, adjusting their interaction level based on the cues from the guests throughout the night. The kitchen was open to the dining area, which enabled us to watch them cook each of the 5 courses. The proximity provided a treat, and with some soft music in the background, the noise level was not a source of concern. Kelseay and Dino plated each dish beautifully, and the ingredients were announced to the guests. We enjoyed an exquisite menu, including goat cheese, fig, arugula salad, handmade fresh pasta, halibut, filet mignon, and cannoli dessert. All of their sauces were delicious. Kelseay was attentive and asked if one guest wanted his filet cooked differently when he only ate half of it. Kelseay and Dino left the kitchen cleaner than they found it, putting everything away properly. They were respectful and kind throughout the evening. Our guests were impressed and requested their business cards for future events. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Our post-wedding Sunday brunch was catered by Kelseay and she truly made it an exceptional experience. From the delectable food to the flawless presentation, everything was simply superb. The staff was also wonderful and added to the overall enjoyment of the brunch. Kelseay's New Orleans-style brunch cuisine was both tasty and unique, and I especially appreciated her willingness to accommodate our vegan guests with a delicious cauliflower scramble. The mimosa and Bloody Mary bar was a highlight, as it was beautifully presented and a lot of fun. Kelseay's bubbly personality and sheer awesomeness in working with made the entire experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend her catering services to anyone seeking an unforgettable New Orleans catering experience.
