If I could give more stars, I certainly would! When I reached out to Stepan for assistance, I was skeptical that he could accommodate my request since I am not one to plan ahead. To my surprise, he not only managed to install the Laminate flooring I found at a large retailer within a narrow time frame, but he also introduced me to his contact at lumber liquidators which resulted in a $300 discount on the total cost. His team efficiently removed the carpet and finished laying the floor in just one day, and even ensured that the subfloor was prepared to a high standard for optimal results. Despite the extra effort, Stepan honored his initial quote, and the end result is nothing short of exceptional. I will undoubtedly enlist his services again in the future.
