Joelle is an incredible nutritionist! Like many others during the pandemic, I struggled with anxiety and weight gain. The thought of returning to the office heavier than I was two years ago was daunting. Luckily, I found Coach Joelle who worked with me to create a comprehensive meal plan and physical fitness regime. Under her guidance, I was able to shed approximately 10lbs (which amounted to about 1% of my body fat) and gain 4lbs of muscle within just three short months. Out of all the trainers I have worked with, Jo is hands down the most exceptional. Usually, following some time, exercising seems like a chore and I lose my drive. However, Jo's training sessions are something I anticipate eagerly, even after six months. My body has undergone a drastic transformation from flabby to fabulous under her guidance, but above all, she has kept me engaged, inspired, and desiring more.
