Hello, my name is Delisa! I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade now, starting back in 2010. I am excited to share the amazing benefits of yoga with students who share in my passion. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I offer personalized classes in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, I also provide customized homework for students to continue their yoga practice outside of our sessions.
