We are a duo of live musicians that can create the sound of a full band! At Brightenstar, we understand the importance of experience and excellent musicianship when it comes to live music. With over twenty years of performance under our belts, we have gained invaluable experience playing for audiences of all kinds. Our Song List boasts an extensive collection of rock, pop, and country covers from renowned artists such as the Beatles, Coldplay, and Taylor Swift, keeping every guest entertained. We use state-of-the-art equipment, such as the Bose L1 sound system, to provide you with the best sound quality possible. And with Jenna's talent on the keyboard, guitar, and ukulele and Neil's mastery of guitar, bass, and ukulele, we can make Brightenstar sound like a group beyond a typical duo.
Our music is interactive, and our performances invite the audience to participate in any way they wish, whether it be dancing, singing, or simply enjoying the music. With Brightenstar, you can have the sound of a band, at any volume.

They were superb! I engaged their services for my baby shower. Despite the fact that it was an unconventional and peculiar request, they executed it so well that it almost seemed customary to have a band at a baby shower! Their musical performance was exceptional, and they both demonstrated remarkable musical skills! Throughout the event, everyone was singing their praises! I didn't even have to instruct them. They intuitively grasped the mood of the room and adapted their performance accordingly. I adored them, and I can't wait to have them play at more parties in the future!
