They provided invaluable assistance with multiple projects around my house, which included demolishing a closet wall, constructing a new fireplace, and installing a pocket door. Each task demanded a great deal of expertise and careful forethought. During the process, we opted to make some significant changes, and Francisco was extremely accommodating. He happily dismantled and reassembled everything to meet our needs. His knowledge and skills are impressive, and I can't wait to engage his services for future projects. Working with Fransico and his team was a great experience. While I have the knowledge to frame, time was not on my side. Fortunately, they were able to reframe an out of plumb wall for my front door to perfection. Francisco's team was able to complete a range of tasks for us with great success. They carefully opened up walls, including the sheetrock and textured areas, and even tore down our deck. Along with pouring a cement patio, they also did a remarkable job installing siding and replacing exterior trim. As a matter of fact, we have repeatedly called upon their services to do other jobs for us, such as installing windows and completing interior sheetrock work. Furthermore, their team showed great expertise when cutting through brick to expand a window aperture, and closed off two exterior doors with windows. We are incredibly satisfied with their work, and they even framed in a sliding door and built a wall down the center of the room. Consequently, the area is now set up as a pantry on one side, and an extra master closet on the other. They also removed bulk heads above the cabinets, and we are having new cabinetry built to complement their wonderful workmanship. Once the house is completed and painted, it will more accurately showcase their excellent skills.
