Ariel, our Project Manager, was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and consistently acted with ethics and professionalism. He expertly navigated our heated design disputes, ensuring that my husband and I remained happily married (haha). Ariel's genuine desire to bring our vision to life, even if it meant additional work for his crew, was greatly appreciated. He provided us with a realistic timeline for the project, despite being delayed by 11 months due to city permitting issues, and remarkably finished ahead of schedule. Ariel went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome, and our team was incredibly considerate of our tenant, her deadlines, and her needs while working on the project, cleaning up any mess at the end of each day. Their bid may have been on the higher side, but we appreciated that we were not "nickel and dimed" throughout the project, which was a stark contrast to issues faced by our friends with another company. We paid what we agreed on, even with the significant price increase of lumber during Covid, and payment was staged as work was completed. Our large kitchen remodel, including an open-concept extension, the addition of a large deck, new flooring, and painting, was a resounding success, and our team worked seamlessly with other companies who were also working on the project.
