I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Every time they visit, my apartment shines bright like a diamond. They are quite prompt in responding to texts or messages on CrackerJack. However, on a few occasions, they had to change their schedule at the last minute and come at a different time than what was agreed upon, causing a disturbance during my spouse's work meetings at home.
