WARNING: AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS SERVICE!!! Given the chance, I would not give this Handyman business any stars. They failed to show up on the agreed-upon day without even an apologetic phone call or text. Despite several attempts to contact them, they remained unresponsive. One week prior, I had booked Gavin to put together and mount three IKEA desks and six cabinets for a medical office. Gavin quoted me a price of $360, which I agreed to. However, on the day of the job, Gavin called at 9:00 AM to say that he could not do the work for that amount and needed to charge more. I offered to have him come by and examine the project so we could discuss things, but he assured me he was on his way. Unfortunately, he never arrived, and we were left to wait in vain. Overall, I found this level of unprofessionalism and unreliability to be unacceptable and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Gavin was punctual and attentive as I outlined the task at hand: assembling a 52-inch electronic fireplace TV stand. He swiftly completed the job within two hours, a feat that would have taken me much longer. Not only that, but he also expertly assembled a nightstand that had been giving me trouble in under an hour. Throughout his work, Gavin was clean and meticulous, leaving no mess behind. In addition to his excellent skills, he was also a polite and affable young man. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Gavin's work and would not hesitate to enlist his services in the future.

On the designated day, he arrived punctually, equipped with all necessary tools. I strongly recommend making use of his services and I am confident that I will seek his expertise in the future. Gavin efficiently put together a pantry cupboard and also affixed a new ceiling fan.
