Goat Construction is, without a doubt, the greatest of all time! My budget was a concern, but my project manager took excellent care of me. He demonstrated great creativity, proposing budget-friendly alternatives to reduce costs while keeping my requirements in mind. For example, I wanted to remove two walls and install a custom-built island, but the latter was beyond my budgetary constraints. My project manager suggested a clever alternative and proposed raising home depot kitchen cabinets, which he then finished with siding and corner pieces. The savings I realized were substantial, allowing me to install some stunning pendant lights. I'm incredibly pleased with the level of creativity and the quality of the work done, and I'm sure to continue working with Goat Construction in the future. In the project, we removed two walls, patched and painted, added five pendant lights, created an island, installed cabinets in the dry bar, created and mounted a customized wine rack, removed an outdated hood, added/moved outlets to accommodate the new design, and even fixed some other small issues that previous contractors had left behind, such as damaged baseboards.

I am extremely satisfied with the job that Goat Construction completed on my property. From start to end, everything was absolutely fantastic. Their estimate was excellent for the work I had in mind, the design they came up with was superb and perfectly matched the aesthetic that I was aiming for, and the workmanship was top-notch.
