Ann Grace MacMullan, an E-RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, strongly advocates the restorative effects of yoga and meditation for all individuals, regardless of age, fitness level, or life situations. She offers group classes that are easily accessible as well as personalized private sessions for all skill levels. Her training includes Trauma Informed Yoga and she is currently pursuing an 850hr certification in Yoga Therapy (I-AYT.)

Being registered with Yoga Alliance and insured, Ann has completed the foundational 8-week program in Penn Program for Mindfulness at Penn Medicine. She also integrates sound healing techniques from Level 1 Atma ButiĀ® Sound Healing Method into her practice.

For those seeking to stay fit as they age, recover from an injury, or cope with chronic stress or illness, private therapeutic yoga can provide a holistic approach to care.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.

My mother-in-law hosted a private yoga session for our family of four women, with Ann as our instructor. Her "gentle flow" of yoga was ideal for our differing levels of ability and flexibility. At the beginning of the class, Ann took the time to inquire about our individual concerns and objectives for the session. We all relished the lesson and found Ann to be an excellent teacher!

For a few years, I have been a thankful pupil of Ann's yoga sessions. Being an elderly yoga enthusiast who has interacted with other instructors earlier, I have particularly valued her unbiased and highly motivating demeanor. Her courses present incrementing obstacles for pupils to extend their bodies and yoga poses, but always in a tender, encouraging, and harmonious environment. Moreover, her delicate wit and objective to personally communicate with her pupils makes exercising yoga simply enjoyable. As Ann broadens her teaching possibilities, I aspire to pursue her instructions as long as I am capable of bodily movement!
