The Central Florida location of 1800 Got Junk is not recommended by me. Our appointment was scheduled for Friday, but we missed the call due to phone issues. After explaining the situation to Wayne, we were informed that they couldn't come that day as an employee was sick and they were short of a truck. We agreed to reschedule for the next day through their website for a time slot of 9-11am. However, we received no call by 11:02am and had to call the customer service team, who informed us that the job was already taken care of the previous day. We told them this was incorrect and that we had rescheduled. The driver, John, eventually called us and mentioned the cost, along with confirming our address. However, he later acted as if we had given an incorrect address and delayed his arrival. I strongly do not recommend this company due to their poor customer service skills and suggest that you avoid wasting your time and effort with them.
