Monday: 7am, 8am, 12pm, 3pm
Wednesday: 12pm, 3:30pm
Thursday: 12pm
Friday: 12:30pm, 3pm
Saturday: 8am

Session Rates:

-In-Person Sessions at My Private Gym in Huntington Long Island: $99/hour
-Virtual Sessions via FaceTime or Zoom: $99/hour
-In-Person Sessions at Your Location (Long Island Only): $120/hour
-Partner Sessions (2 People) - In-Person, Your Location, or Virtual: $150/hour

When I was in my 20s, I became overweight and wanted to change my bad lifestyle habits and improve my physique. Through hard work and dedication, I got into the best shape of my life and started fitness modeling in 2009. By 2011, I placed third in the Muscle & Fitness male model search in Las Vegas. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in the fitness industry.

I have worked with clients ranging from young beginners to competitive athletes, both male and female and everything in between. I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and love working with my clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals. I take pride in offering my clients a complete package of strength training, cardio, and healthy, personalized meal prep delivery services.

My passion for fitness and overall wellbeing is contagious, and I love to see my clients succeed and adopt healthy habits for a lifetime. My dedication to my clients and their success is my number one priority, and I would be honored to help you achieve your fitness goals.
