Here are my rates for personal training:
- 5 sessions: $400 or $80 per session
- 10 sessions: $750 or $75 per session
- 15 sessions: $1050 or $70 per session, with a New Year's deal of $890
- 30 sessions: $1950 or $65 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $1650
- 60 sessions: $3300 or $60 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $2800
- 120 sessions: $6600 or $55 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $5600

For a drop-in session, the cost is $90.

I also offer personal training memberships:
- 2 sessions per week or 8 sessions per month for $599
- 3 sessions per week or 12 sessions per month for $699
- 4 or more sessions per week or 16 sessions per month for $899

In addition to personal training, I offer online training programming for $99 per month, which includes app access, a training program, instructional videos, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins.
I also offer 7-day meal plans tailored to your preferred foods for $120.

All packages must be paid in full.

My name is Sean Meadows, and I am a personal trainer and fat loss coach. I operate a private training gym in the Spring/Woodlands area, offering personal, couples, pairs, small group, and online training.
I am taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of my clients and business during COVID-19, including touch-less temperature checks and equipment disinfection.
My training technique involves metabolic testing, nutrition, and weight management consulting to create a welcoming environment for clients to achieve their physique, health, and wellness goals.
I guide clients in safe exercise, accounting for individualized goals and limitations.
In addition to training, I offer counseling on nutrition and exercise habits to help clients reach their goals effectively and safely.

After interviewing several trainers, I chose to sign up with Sean based on his professionalism and focus on my individual needs. Unlike other trainers who simply tried to sell me on a weight loss program, Sean was in tune with what I required for my workouts. Unfortunately, I experienced shoulder issues stemming from a past surgery after a few sessions with him.
