For more than three years, Dan has been my personal trainer. I greatly appreciate his vast knowledge in fitness, expertise in body mechanics techniques, and unique training methods. One of the things I admire most about him is that every workout he creates is different and still manages to target core fundamentals, ensuring my continued engagement. Despite the closure of gyms, he went out of his way to create a home gym for the convenience of his clients.
