On Saturday, we celebrated a joint event for our 35th anniversary and milestone birthdays. The catering service provided by First Class Catering was impeccable, with no flaws whatsoever. Our guests couldn't stop praising the delicious food (which we also thoroughly enjoyed) and the service provided was outstanding. It's hard to express just how impressed we were with their service, but I highly recommend booking them for your next event.

Our wedding rehearsal dinner was a fantastic experience, thanks to 1st class catering's Mexican food. Michael, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with and replied promptly. The pre-event coordination was flawless, and the actual day went even better. Michael was punctual, assisted in setting up the food and chaffing dishes, and provided ample disposable items for the meal. The highlight was undoubtedly the superb taste of the Mexican cuisine, which all of our guests loved. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Michael again!

The enchiladas and beans are still on my mind! If only I could relive that moment and savor every bit of it. Michael and his team catered my wedding and it was an absolute feast. My son's wedding on Halloween 2015 was catered by Michael Alcantar, who impressed us with his punctuality and efficiency. He worked quietly and seamlessly in setting up the Mexican buffet, which included chicken and beef fajitas, cheese enchiladas, salad, and guacamole. Just two weeks before the celebration, we made a spur-of-the-moment decision to throw a 70th Birthday bash for 40 loved ones. Michael and his assistant Regina took care of everything, from ordering tables, chairs, and linens, to setting up food stations and umbrellas.
