To begin with, it was incredible that their technician arrived on time, and even a little early - they showed up right at 8am for our scheduled window of 8am-10am. This was particularly impressive because I've had negative experiences with other companies working on my home in the past. The technician was both friendly and knowledgeable, and tackled a problem that ended up being more complex than a typical Nest Doorbell installation due to issues with the previous house-flippers' wiring.
