As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certified by ISSA for over 10 years, I prioritize results and safety in designing exercise programs tailored to each client's unique fitness goals. My areas of specialization include endurance training, resistance training, and fitness nutrition, and I am also certified to work with individuals at all stages of Parkinson's Disease, as well as seniors and those recovering from injury. My approach is guided by the understanding that each person has their own specific needs and abilities, and I provide customized and progressive exercise schedules for all of my clients, which can be completed in the comfort of their own homes.
I am a passionate entrepreneur and the founder of H.I.I.T or Mitts, and in my free time, I love to continue learning and growing in the field of health and wellness. In addition, I proudly served in the United States Army.
