Dealing with a bed bug infestation (which is absolutely dreadful!) while having multiple pets and a spouse with dandruff made me feel hopeless. However, Jessica's extensive expertise and diligence not only provided effective treatment but also prevention strategies for potential future outbreaks. She even gave us bug bombs to ensure an infestation-free environment. It has been almost two months, and we have not experienced any bug bites since. I appreciated her gracious and professional response when I had to reschedule our initial appointment last minute. I am extremely grateful for her outstanding service.
