Douglas Chimney

Douglas was simply amazing! As a new homeowner with no understanding of chimneys, fireplaces, or the like, he took the time to educate me and provided many choices that were within my budget. He was prompt and finished the work as promised. During the entire process, Douglas kept me informed by ordering the necessary materials and constantly updating me on his progress. He also placed a chimney cap and waterproofed it to prevent any moisture from entering. Without a doubt, Douglas will be my go-to guy for all my future chimney necessities!

Yesterday, we had Doug come out to examine what we believed to be a significant problem with our chimney. To our surprise, instead of exploiting the situation and charging us a fee to perform the job, Doug recommended it as a do-it-yourself project and spared us some expenses. He informed us of all the necessary items and where to obtain them, as well as gave us a brief guide on how to do it. He even stated that we could contact him, and he would complete the task if we decided to abandon it halfway through. Although Doug did not technically perform any tasks for us, we rate him with five stars for his honesty and integrity. Knowing that he has no intention of ripping anyone off instills certainty in his work ethic.

Working with Doug was an excellent experience. We entrusted him with the task of cleaning two fireplaces and reconverting one to wood. With his brilliant problem-solving skills and an optimistic outlook, he exceeded our expectations. I look forward to collaborating with him again in the future.
